I welcome February with 5 miles (After work run) feels like mile 13-17 on a Marathon lol got to push.
Ahora sí no más tamales porque solo falta 44 Día para LA Maratón. 😆.
After 3 Month ago I fallen again. 🤪 Lol not a big fan of donuts but today celebrate a little. Because have being losing my belly fat.☺️
Rain Rain go always and come another day.🤪 warm up for tomorrow 5k.
Free 5k run didn’t get it under 26 minuets but happy with the results. Yesterday warm up was 26:51 and today 26:20. Now next race the woodlands half in 27days and the LA Maratón in 43 days.
Amazing run today don’t really understand how the heart rate work but did great on the first two miles under 125 bpm . My last miles did had my heart rate up Most be I was tried.
From work to the happy training at Meyer park ☺️Had a great training run doesn’t really show on my stats but gave it my all Can’t ask anything more for my body.

I’m a early bird can only make it too 10:30pm lol and I’m gone with the Zzzz. Have to work tomorrow too.
