Wanda's Story
After I left Wylie, I moved to Tahlequah, Ok where I attended Noetheastern Oklama State University and obtained a BaEd with a double major in Social Science and Science.
From Oklahoma I moved to Alaska to teach school in a small village on the Yukon River. There I
met a wonderful patient man, Nick, who I married. Along with my 2 sons, we adopted 3 more children. We have been married 25 years and look forward to another 25.

We lead full lives with the other three Nicholas, Stephen and Tanya. Tanya is still in high school, runs track, and speaks fluent Japanees as well as assisting with Special Olympics.The boys are twins and stay busy with Special olympics,competative swimming, track and bowling.
Nick is a chef at a local tourist resort and I am currently working as a Parent-chid Advocate. Our jobs and scheduleds are full and we are looking forward to being able to retire and travel. We love living in Alaska, with the beautiful mountains and wide open spaces.
