Wayne's Story
My favorite classes at North High were Mrs. Thompson's English classes. Sometimes I think about teaching American Literature at the college level. Probably won't - but hey... you gotta dream.
My favorite author is Flannery O'Connor. And favorite short story of hers is "A Good Man is Hard to Find".
I live in Saint Louis where everyone on my dad's side was born, lived & died since they came from Germany 125+ years ago. The Deibel's had 3 markets in Saint Louis during the 1920's (one's a dry cleaner now) .

rell, sister Audrey & I all went to North High and were a year apart in school. If you're reading this you know the rest.
My wife Adonna and I have 3 sons. One graduates from High School June of '08. (30 years after the old man) The other two are in 8th grade and a sophomore in HS.
I played tennis until about 2 years ago when back injuries took me out. Two sons have been volleyball players- taking after their aunt. One was on a team that was # 2 in the state.
Won't be able to make the '08 reunion. Drop me a line....
