Wayne's Story

After graduation I lived at BSU for one year, then moved to Arizona, where I earned my bachelor's degree in accounting in 1983. I owned and operated my own businesses for 16 years, selling the last ones in 2000. I then went to work for FedEx, and went back to school and received my MBA in Global Management in 2004. I got married in 1982, and we raised three children before divorcing three years ago. I dated for a couple of years, and on May 17th, 2008 I will be marrying the love of my life (finally!). I currently teach business and investment classes at the community college level, and am a licensed real estate appraiser. I love to travel, and since my fiance is a US Airways employee I am sure we will be doing much more of that in the future. I hope that we will be having a 30 year reunion this summer some time, as I would live to fly back with my new bride and introduce her to my old friends. 'hi', post a message or call 480-861-7916. 40 YEAR REUNION UPDATE I have been a certified appraiser for the past 10 years now, and my two sons have joined me and are also appraisers working for my business. Sandy and I will be celebrating 10 years of marriage in May in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The past 10 years we have been on 20 cruises around the world, have traveled to Europe twice and will be doing our first river cruise in Germany in July. We have been busy remodeling our house the past two years, and are now proud grandparents of two granddaughters (from my daughter Ashley) and soon to be proud grandparents to our first grandson in August (from Sandy's son Colton). Life is good, we love to travel and look forward to retiring in a few years and traveling even more. Sandy works for American Airlines, and when she retires we will have lifetime flight benefits and plan to make good use of them! Looking forward to seeing everyone in July at the reunion.
