Wayne's Story
Wayne received a B.S. Degree in Biology from Towson University in 1969. He served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam from 1969-1970. Upon release from the service, he returned to graduate school and received a Ph.D. in Botany from Southern Illinois University in 1978. gia Department of Agriculture over their agricultural seed quality testing and regulatory program. He married Janet in 1992. Wayne's interests are mountain and road biking, canoeing and kayaking, photography and enjoying the outdoors. He retired in 2006, but does part-time consulting on agricultural and vegetable seed quality issues and management of quality assurance for seed testing laboratories.
