Wayne's Story
Life
Born in California and raised in both California and Mexico, my educational path has always had a slant toward Latin America: Mexico City College, Fresno State University (Latin American Studies Major), three seminaries where I earned a Masters Degree and a Doctoral Degree. I married in 1962, had two beautiful children and was divorced in 1982.
Olga (Orozco)and I married in 1983 and moved to the state of Washington where I did Hispanic Ministries with the Presbyterian Church for 11 years. Between us we have two sons and two daughters, two grandsons and two granddaughters, all of whom get along great together and are doing well in their lives.

development of ministry with Hispanic communities. I also worked with the Adult School in Inglewood, enjoying it very much until retiring in 2004.
Olga was the Administrative Secretary to the Superintendent of Schools and the Board of Education in Inglewood. She also attended classes at the Valencia Community College where she received her A.A. Degree. She is a great, and young, grandmother!
In 2005 we moved to Las Cruces, NM where, although retired, I work on the development of a new Presbyterian Hispanic Church. I also teach at the local Community College. Olga works with the Housing Authority and continues to work on her B.A. Degree and Paralegal certification.
