Wayne's Story
I am on the far right in the picture taken outside the Penguin's Mellon Arena in Pittsburgh, PA Marche, 2009. My sister Cheryl is a 1969 grad and lives in Crystal Lake, IL. My brother Dan in the middle had just coached his Latrobe Hockey team to Penguin Cup (West PA champs and finished the season in his rookie season as varsity coach with the STATE championship and a 26-0-0 record. Three other sibs, David (Class 74 living in MN), Jeff Class 82 living in VA) and Lois (Class 65 living in Indy) are not picture. ed/tested prototype (Daytona 24/LeMans 24) cars, but main business has been in mortgage industry. Lost my daughter's mom, Phyllis, to cancer in 1998. Married Christina 2003 in Louisivlle KY. Have lived in IN, IL, WI, FL, NM & KY and traveled most states & many European cities. Now instructing in the mortgage industry, writng books, and doing independent contract work in Jacksonville, FL. My wife, Christina is a native of Louisville and my daughter, Julie (30), lives 2 miles away with her husband and 4 children. Christina's son, Allen (24) owns a home within 20 miles of ours. Have lived in Milwaukee & Manitowoc, WI, Orlando, Albuquerque, NM and Louisville, KY prior to Jacksonville, FL.
