Wayne grew up in the west side of Saint John. Wayne lived in Calgary for 35 years, has a son living in Arizona. Wayne's schools include Millidgeville North High School. Canadian Military, Wayne later attended University of Calgary (Business), Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (Power Engineering). Wayne works(ed) (retired) Provincial Treasury of Alberta.
