I invested in a service-oriented business because I like to improve things and blow my customers away and exceed their service expectations. I know you cannot always make 100% of the people 100% excited but it's always my goal. Quality is big to me. I treat others the way I want to be treated and it's our company culture. We have come a long way since our humble beginnings but have so far to go. I believe in the Japanese philosophy, Kaizen, which is small, continuous improvements. Perhaps some day I'll wake up and say yeah, we are wildly successful and it feels good. Nah, I'll never be content! LOL".
