Wayne's Story
i worked at the national ww1 museum for 5 years and they let me go last year(2009). budget crunch. my m om passed away in 2008 and i've dealt with her estate and am dealing with her house now. we hope to move in eventually.i am able to live comfortably on my savings and investments so i can deal with all this. we are going to have sales and fix up both houses so i've got plenty to do right now. when that's all finished i can go get a job again. i can't just sit on my a-- and wach tv all day. there is a pool at my mom's old house, so i swim a lot. i started working out this winter in addition to the walking i've been doing. i walk about 5 miles a day, 6 days a week and push weights 3 days a week. so i guess i'm in better shape than i have been in years. i have season tickets for the royals...Expand for more
, but that can be trying!!! they need to start winning and soon. i also am a military buff, i read constantly and watch the documentries on history, military, and military history channels. i like old movies also. i still like music, especially the beatles and jethro tull. (i'm going to paul mccartney and have seen tull 10 times. i even still have and playn my vinyl albums and bootlegs of the beatles and other groups. i'm married to linda and we have 1 son, chris, who just turne 19 and is getting ready for nw mo state. 3 dogs and still have some good friends i do keep in touch w/rusty denes, bruce eaton, tim fisher, and quetin keeling often. also i'm on our reunion committe as well so i get to keep in touch with a lot of other people as well. i hope i didn't bore you all keep in touch wg
