Life I graduated from Reagan High School in 1965. I attended Concordia Lutheran College in Austin, Texas and went on to Concordia Lutheran College in River Forest, Ill. and received my B.A. degree. I taught at Bethesda Lutheran Home in Watertown, Wisconsin. My class was severely multi-handicapped children , mostly non-verbal.I designed serveral communication boards for non-verbal students which enabled them to communicate their needs and thoughts. I spoke at the University of Whitewater on Communication Systems for Non-verbal Children to several special Education classes. In 1977 I received my Masters in Special Education at University of Wisconsin , Whitewater.
