Life
Wow, what an adventure since 1982! I married the most wonderful woman (Sue), have four children (Tyler, Jacob, Megan and Cameron).
After basketball in college, and going on to seminary, I went to Zaire, Africa working among the Pygmies 1984 - 1996 in the middle of the second largest rain forest in the world. You might say we were at the end of the earth. Yes that's right, mud hut, tatch roof, coo...Expand for more
king on a wood buring stove, no running water or electricity or refrigeration, etc., etc., etc. Because of civil war in what then became known once again as Congo (DRC), we had to leave and went to Mali, West Africa. From the jungles of Congo to the finges of the Sahara desert. Mali is the home of the legendary Timbuktu. Later we moved to London, England (where we still live today).
