Barry's Story
I ended up attending 3 different high schools, Starting in Dickinson, Texas, then on to Scottsdale, Arizona, and finally graduating in 1971 at league City, Texas. (Go Wildcats!)(And Sabercats) and (Gators)Because of different required courses I ended up spending 5 years in high school (last year only half day, DECA worked at "Ben Franklin" rest of the day.)
Currently living in Deer Park, Texas and (Divorced) but in a relationship, I am working at CGP Manufacturing as a Sales Rep. for pipe fittings and flanges. I have 4 children ! Oldest child Shanna has 3 children Savanna, Lexi, and Trever, Pat her husband has 3 of his own. (Sounding a little like the Brady Bunch?? And they are all currently living with me! Prayers for all accepted) Update Shanna and her group have a place of their own now so peace and quiet is being enjoyed at my house for now. sacrament in the Presbyterian Church and he and his wife will be spending a year in Lima Peru doing missionary work. , She teaches dance and works in a research facility in Austin, no children yet. Shaun my youngest boy is married (Ashley) and lives in Houston he just graduated from U of H and he and his wife are both teachers Ashley in Pasadena and Shaun in Dickinson. My baby girl Sharla is married (Ben)and just had a baby girl (Autumn) Another in the oven Jackson(grand child #8) is due in Sept.2011, She is a dental asst. and he is in management at Best Buy.
I still do some DJ'ing on the side for weddings and parties, and love my music! Other hobbies include photography and computers, and I run the sound board and sing in the choir at church.
My "Significant Other" Joy has 2 children, Jonathan who just graduated from HBU and is also interested in becoming a minister or youth leader and is currently enrolled at Brite Divinity in Fort Worth and Cassie who just graduated from SFA and is working in a management position at Sherwin/Williams Paint.
