Wendy's Story

When I graduated in 1974 I got married and had two wonderful children. When my youngest was 2 years old we moved to North Carolina and have been here ever since. My whole family moved here from good old Grove Street in Angola to the south. I have worked for the State of North Carolina for 25 years, the last 3 have been for the Highway Patrol as their Secretary. My children are grown and on their own, both of them live within 30 miles of my town which is really nice. I haven't b...Expand for more
een back to Angola since our 30 Year Class Reunion which was a blast and wonderful seeing so many familiar faces, I cannot wait for the next one. I still get homesick especially at Christmas, green Christmas' will never be the same for me. I would love to hear from anyone that would like to talk and get to know each other all over again. Or for the first time. Life is so short, it feels like just a couple of years ago we were back in the hallways of good ole Lake Shore Central.
