Retired in June (2012) from KP-12 education. Teaching p-t as an adjunct instructor for Viterbo University's Graduate in Education program. That set of responsibilities provided much needed intellectual stimulation. I read and edit lots of graduate writing as one instructor of educational research in the Viterbo graduate program.

s a lot of wonderful people in Atlantic but enjoy living close to old friends in the Des Moines area, and especially the occasionally company of my daughter, Hillary, who lives in Ankeny and has been a teacher in the Saydel school district for 13 years now!
I really enjoyed our 40th class reunion in Cedar Falls. It was fun to re-connect, although I do a poor job of staying in touch, I'm afraid. I am learning to connect through social media forums and finally have time to go through greetings and respond. I really enjoy retirement and look forward to full-time retirement when the time is right. There is plenty to do!
