Wendy's Story
After graduation, I went to Iowa State and found the love of my life, Jeff. I left Iowa State with a husband not a diploma. As he was graduating, we married in 1992. We had two amazing boys, Will and Jacob. We moved around a bit, and I returned to Iowa State after our boys went to grade school to graduate from Iowa State in 2001.

n the Fall. Our youngest is going to be a sophomore. They are great young men, but once in awhile I hear things come out of my mouth that I swore I heard as a teenager myself. When did I become my mother?
Life is good. We do not have the white picket fence, but we have 2 kids, the house and a dog named Cinder. We could always paint our fence.
I work as a Senior Loan Officer in a mortgage brokerage firm and love it. Each day is a challenge and very different. For a girl who hated math, it is amazing to me how all I do is crunch numbers now.
