When I was 18 I was T-boned by an on-duty rookie Folsom cop, by the name of John Victor Telban. I had my back broke at T-7 & 8 which is causing me severe difficulties nowI as my back has been degenerating since that night 9-6-81., I was gong to college with my hopes set on becoming a surgical nurse, and on a personal side I wanted to marry and have 8 kids. DREAMS Anyhow I fouind out it is hard to sue City Hall, especially a corrupt one when you are young and naive. If I had the chance to do it now Folsom would make me rich, which would'nt make up for the pain and loss caused by that rookie playing with no lights and sirens. Luclkily my passenger Lisa P. was not injured. My bug was totalled as he hit the drivers door. I dropped out of college. Shortly thereafter I married, losrt 2 babies in the 2nd trimester and had the marriage annulled.!!WHEW! I met a wonderful guy named Kevin Cross and lmoved in with him 2 tears later. We lived in sin for 15 terrific years, (his face is the one with me in my FB profile. Kevin passed unexpectedly in Jan. 1998 when my daughter Carli was 11/2 yrs. old.
