Wendy's Story
Well, let's see- After graduation, I took a short vacation, a couple of temporary jobs, got married in 1970, divorced in 1983, sang in a couple rock bands for a year or so, raised my kids, then met some folks in the art world in 1983 and joined their partnership in an existing art gallery in Newburgh, NY. e had to move on and I worked at the Raccoon Saloon for what I thought would be a short time until the art world improved, but turned out to be 13 years.Did some Irish music for a couple years while there. About 3 years ago I got interested in Indian classical music and moved to PA to take lessons and that is where I am now. I play a little known instrument called the dilruba. Working in retail at the moment.
