Life
I was married in sept of 2000, just before i joined the military. My beautiful wife and I were blessed with an amazing son, in july 2004, who, everyday it seems like, does something or learns to do something new. i love being a dad and i wouldnt change anything about my lil shortee.

Being in the military has allowed me to accomplish and accumulate alot more than i would have been able to if i had stayed back home. But, it does have its down sides. It takes you a...Expand for more
way from family and friends and you dont get paid overtime. (but, when you get sent home early you still get your full days pay, so that balances out). Ima do my first tdy to iraq in the almost six years that ive been in. ((im going from may-sept 06, right before i get out of the military the end of sept). Another negative because im going to be missing my sons 2nd birthday). Anyway, looking back on my short 6yr career, id say ive been through the best and the worst sides of it but overall it was a pretty decent experience.
