Wilfred's Story
Many know that I was dating a young girl from Melrose, Sue Dame. After High school she went to college in Boston and I went into the Navy. In 1970 we married. I still had two years of Navy duty but was stationed in R. I. so it was like going to work every morning like "normal" people did.
Being an east coast sailor the chance of a deployment to Viet Nam was slim to none but UncleSam took the "slim" part and shipped me off ith 6mths left to go. I got out in October 72 and started to work for Automatic Radio on Main St in Melrose. In 1973 I started work for FINAST

At this time I must say that on December 10th 2001 Sue passed away from Breast Cancer. We had just celebrated our 31st aniversary. I say this because so many of you have asked how we are doing and it is easier to say it once.
We raised two children, Brandon & Kate, and now have 5 grandchildren. I have been told that this will be the final total. No more! I'm happy with that and I know Sue would be too.
I did remarry but will be divorced in May. It just didn't work.
I look forward to seeing every one in September.
For now.........life goes on
