William's Story
William D. Bailey Born in Garden City Kansas in 1960, lived in Abilene, Kansas until the age of 12 then moved to Tulare, CA and attended Frank Kohn Grade School, Cherry AVE. JR. High and graduated from Tulare High 1978.
Attended COS for one year was not ready for college. I joined the Army and did my Basic Training at Fort Sill, OK. Stayed at Fort Sill at until I got orders for Germany I Spent time at Bad Tolez, then Manheim with the 8th ID (MECH) with 5/68 Armor both HHC and A Company. Reenlisted went from track and tanks to boots and sock with 7th ID Light Fort Ord, CA. Had some medical issues and decided to get out. After I got out my medical issues were fixed with the yanking of my wisdom teeth. Reenlisted and end up messing up my knee. Again left the Army went to school studied accounting could not find a job in the accounting field and again joined the Army. Finally getting a medical retirement in 2005.

ol. Received my BS in Paralegal studies from on line university Kaplan. I did finally get married to the love of my Life, who also went to Tulare Union, Phyllis Cassaday (Avila). Moved to Fresno to start a new life and things are tough. I am now finishing up at Heald College studying Information Technology in hopes to take this AS degree in Information Technology and as a Paralegal then put the education to good use.
My hobbies include: Reading, BBQ, Model Building, working with my computer, movies and 49er and Fresno State Foot Ball. I also like to go target shooting with my rifles and pistols, take my clubs to the range and get a bucket of balls and smack them down range, a real great stress reliever.
I Graduated from Heald College before it closed now am out in the cold. My wife and I are now separated and it really hurts. I was homeless but went through a Veterans Homeless program I an currently working on my A+ Certifications for Microsoft, Networking, Routers and UNIX
