Wow!... what to say?
I worked for the Tiverton Police Department back in the early 80s, then worked as a CO at the bighouse (ACI) for 20+, and have recently retired. Big time partier in high school, and criminal justice was the last thing I had in mind as a career move after college, but hey, that's life. ine - see photo of me releasing 'Ringeye' who had sustained injuries after having been struck by a car) and then releasing them back into the wild when they are healthy enough to be on their own. It can be heartbreaking sometimes, but working with these beautiful creatures is something that I love wholeheartedly.
You know, when I was young, it felt like everything in life took so long to happen, but now time just seems to be flying by.
