William's Story
Life
After graduation I enlisted for 4 years in the Navy. I spent most of my enlistment in California working on F/A-18 jets. After coming back to Kentucky, I sorta bummed around for a while.... trying to figure out what I really wanted to be (when & if I ever grow up). I went to Eastern Ky University for a year and a half. The only reason I left EKU was to take a job with the Lexington Fire Department. I am currently a Paramedic/Firefighter. I have been working in Lex. for almost 9 ye...Expand for more
ars and I am loving every minute of it. Every day is a new adventure when you deal with the "wonderful" people that decide to dial 911. Actually, I love my job.... I also work at UK Hospitals Emergency Transport Office. We dispatch for the local air medical helicopter and dispatch/drive for the neonate/pediatric transport. I live with my wife, Sarah and son, Dakota in Springfield. We have a daughter on the way... due in January. *****Would like to hear from my old friends!!!!*****
