William Howard:  

Life Life bio? Simple: U.S. Air Force brat raised worldwide; 2 years of high school at Hammond High, Columbia, MD (1977-79); one year of high school at Howard High, Ellicott City, MD (1979-80); final year/graduated from Lake Zurich Sr. High, Lake Zurich, IL (1980-81); part-time college at College of Lake County, IL until summer of '83, then moved to GA w/family; got married at the end of '83 in IL but lived in GA until spring of '84; moved back to IL and stayed there until entering U.S. Army in fall of '84; stationed in GA (daughter born during this time) until separation from Army in fall of '87; stayed in GA as a law enforcement officer until spring of '90; due to family issues on the then-wife's side, moved back to IL and stayed there until summer of '92, when I couldn't stand to live with in-laws any longer and left to work in family business back in GA, and have been in GA ever since. Once I finally made up my mind to re-enter law enforcement as my career (summer 2001), marriage finally began to fail and we separated at the end of '01, with our divorce becoming final in fall of '02.
