William (Bill)'s Story
My Life:
Married 13 years to Pamela, a wonderful Texas woman from Waxahachie, TX. I'm blessed with 3 step-daughters, their husbands, 7 grandchildren, one great grandchild and an exceptional German Shepherd named Dixie Dawg.
From a career standpoint, I started in the transportation industry while still living in Shreveport. I transferred to Houston in 1977 working for Roadway Express. After spending 16 years in transportation and corporate America, I left that rat race to start my own business in 1993 in the IT field. We live in the country outside of Huntsville, TX on acreage we aptly named "Nirvana". We are very involved in our church and in our community.
Politically, I'm an independent, conservative constitutionalist and a card carrying member of the NRA. I'm also heavily involved in Rotary International, a great organization of givers.
One of my favorite things to do is take road trips to the mountains in my little Z roadster to get away from civilization. I'm also a computer geek, photography nut and musician.
Just wondering if anybody out there remembers some of the crazy things we did back in the mid 70's cause it sure was a simpler time!
