. We sold our house and the shop, retired, and moved to Prescott Valley in 2004. I am the current president of a national model train association with about 1600 members and a $90,000 year budget. Sandie and I are coming up on our 41st anniversary. We have a son, a daughter and three grand kids, the oldest just getting married in April.
