William's Story
I am working as an addictions counselor at an inpatient alcohol/drug rehab specializing in dual diagnosis patients. I've been doing this for a little over four years and its the best job I've ever had.
I've been divorced since 2004 and my ex-wife and I get along much better when she lives on the other side of town. We have two grandchildren by my step-son James, who are three days short of a year a part (ages 9 & 1...Expand for more

In the fall of 2008 I developed a resting tremor in my right hand and in 2009 was diagnosed with early stage Parkinsons Disease. Right now it is very manageable and I've learned to take things "one day at a time."
I still play music with the Salisbury Community Band in the summer. I make my share of klinkers but it is a healthy diversion and alot of fun.
