William's Story
Life
Currently I live in a house with my twin brother, Ralph and his wife. I was married once but am divorced now with no kids. I am very happily single. Life has had its ups and downs but they have made me the person that I am. I like who I am now and life is looking very good from my point of view.
Out of High School, I started working for the Commonwealth of Virginia and moved to Richmond. I am still working for the same agency but a private company has taken over the business and now I work for them and doing the same job. I have been here for over 20 years. Do I like it, Not really but it pays the bills and I am suppose to be here for a reason. When it is time for me to leave, I will happily leave and not look back.
Right now I am working on finishing up my practicum so that I am receive my certificate of Religious Studies and plan on going to school next year to get my M...Expand for more
aster Degree in Divinity. I am excited about going. I love school. I have pretty much continued my education since High School, taking breaks every so often. I like to learn and have met some good people in the way.
I am very involved with the Church now. I currently attend New Canaan Baptist Church. I have been a born agian christian since 2003. God is working in my life and I am excited about the things of God.
My family continues to be very important to me. Again, Ralph and I still live in together and I like him with me. His wife is super and He has 2 kids that visit often. He has a little dog and I have a big dog, Buddy (black Chow Chow).
Goals for the future are getting my master and then doctoriate in divinity. Walking as an evangelist, teacher and possibly a missionary. But this is as the Lord leads. He has the plan. When he gives it to me I will be obedient.
