nuary 2007 at the rank of Sergeant of Police. I served as the Commanding Officer of the Field Training & Evaluation Section at the Chicago Police Academy. The section was responsible for monitoring the field training of approximately 1000 Probationary Police Officers while overseeing the training techniques of about 367 Field Training Officers. Since retirement, I spend my time working with veterans. I am currently recruiting veterans to join the Brigadier General Frank C.
