particularly enjoys spoiling his 4 grandchildren. They are indeed the apple of his eye.
Worthey is a born-again believer and wishes that ALL of his Lake View classmates would come to know Christ as their personal Savior. His favorite Bible verse is a familiar one, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life."
A few of Worthey's favorite quotes:
"Failing to forgive is like drinking poison and waiting for the other person to die!"
"Americans grew tired of being thought to be dumb by the rest of the world, so they went to the polls and removed all doubt."
"Failure is an event—not a person."
