Yolanda's Story

WOW!!! Do I miss EVERYONE!!! I can't believe that it's been 20/yrs already!! Can you believe that we are almost 40/yrs old??!! I'm so glad that I don't feel it or even look it!! :o) Well, since we've been out of school I now have 2 boys. A 17/yr old (who is a Senior) & a 6/yr old in the 1st grade. I have now been married now for 8yrs and have a beautiful step-daughter who is 15/yrs old. I am a Kindergarten Teacher & I LOVE what I do! My Husband graduated from Garfield High.....so you know we are always going back in forth on which school is the best and who was better at w...Expand for more
hat!!.....I have to let him know that we where "RAM TOUGH"!! He would just laugh! I told him they may have beaten us in a lot of the sports..but they couldn't mess with the "RAMETTES"!! I also wanted to let you know that even though 20/yrs has gone by...they STILL call me POOKIE!! That is a name that I just can't get away from!! However, upon meeting new people...I will NEVER tell them that that is my nickname!! but after hanging around them a little longer, they too end up calling me Pookie!! Hope to hear from you soon and I look forward to seeing you all at the Reunion!!
