Life hmmm... what I would like is to be on a nice sunny warm beach, lounging in a beach chair, feeling the sand running through my feet and drinking juice straight from a fresh coconut. the reality - endless study, endless training, endless exams, all to pay the bills. such is life - sigh. anyone else have sob stories to share? School not being italian/caucasian is tough in southern rhode island. one sticks out like sore thumb and is like a weed trying desperately to avoid being sprayed on by RoundUp (a weed killer). d to do it over again - I think I would chose differently. This path is amazingly difficult, the reward is far, far off in the distance (measured by decades - as a teenager, can you imagine taking one or two decades to get a job?) And the hardest part, is watching all your friends have jobs, careers, families, and success while your life is on eternal hold.
