My Pets
Having left behind a wonderful black cat named "Moortje" (Little Moor) in Holland, when we moved to the States, I've continued having black cats ever since. My current feline is a 9 year-old black male, whom I adopted 4 years ago, and named Django, after the French Gypsy jazz guitarist, Django Reinhardt. He's quite affectionate and loves watching me work on my Mac PowerBook. And, just like Moortje, he loves to sleep under the covers.

our 2001 Grand Reunion event, celebrating the High School of Art & Design's 65th birthday. We were looking for ways to find missing alumni, and classmates.com was one way to find them. Django passed away in April 2006, at age 15.
It's now July 2008, and in two years my classmates and I will be having our 50th class reunion -- hard to believe. Seems we were having our 25th not that long ago...
And in 2011 the High School of Art and Design will be celebrating its 75th anniversary. Time for another celebration, in a brand new building.
