hi there class of 71 classmates. i hope those who are visiting my site are healthy and happy.i joined gold member club finally so i could reconnect with some of my friends. emails are the way i do business. my life since 71 has taken many turns and twists, roller coaster ups and downs and basically a circular motion. I have 2 daughters of equally excellent success. Wendy will be writing her poetry book as a phd in literature . my daughter sarah, is a master of ed. and continues to amaze me. She carries on the cannella-lowman tradition with education as theme. my youngest child from a second marriage , is unfortunately the victim of "ignorance" of homeschooling in mass. Much of my life and time has been centered around "christian homeschooling", where I decided to homeschool in 1990.I am in a legal battle of "constitutional and appealable issues" where i have a suit v dss and catholic charities in mass. A tragic act in 1996 resulted in violence against my child-obrien, and illegal custody of my son to services and a failing system.my son, sean , was forced into a program without my authorization where there was no school choice and no "regard" for christian homeschooling.Since that time, Much of my time has been devoted to the legal issues homeschoolers face with discrimination in education. since filing the appeal v dss and catholic charities in 2002 some terrible things have happened to me and my second husband. My husband , a disabled employee , was forced from his employment as whse manager for stop and shop. co.,he became homeless in 2003 and is homeless since that time. he was at yale new haven hospital in 2007 with an almost fatal emergency that has caused permanent disability.
