Life Damn! 2000 characters?! Ok, here goes “nothing”: I’m Aaron. First name’s actually James, Jimmy, or some such variant, but I try to forget … only to be cruelly reminded on first days of class, as some of you no doubt remember. In high school I spent much time in band and otherwise being nerdy, though I certainly don’t regret it. I played oboe in concert and tuba in marching band. I continued marching in band through college at Washington State University as well. My fondest band memories are the many fine trips of yore in high school made to places such as the B.C. Lions’ stadium, and to Washington D.C. to compete in concert (where we came in first). I also remember the flight to D.C. being fraught with hilarious mishaps, such as the spillage of an entire cart of airline omelets that ended in the plastering of several people… but let’s not tarry on the details.
