Aaron's Story

My heart is thrilled! I am the proud father of two wonderful children. Jonathan is serving in the US Army and recently returned from a deployment to Afghanistan. He is the father of my one of my three grandchildren, Bryleigh. She was excited at the return of her father to Fort Polk, LA. They are preparing even know for his new assignment to Fort Benning where he will be a Drill Instructor. My son is a very patriotic young man. Pray for him and all servicemembers wherever they may serve. GOD bless America. My daughter, graduated from UAB with a BSN in Dec 2007, passed her nursing board in Feb '08 and was employed at a major hospital in their heart transplant unit. On June 6th,'09 she married her long time boyfriend, Stephen. She's a very smart young lady and devoted to the care and well being of people. ...Expand for more
In 2012, she passed the board and is now a Nurse Practitioner. Brenda and I married on Dec 20th, 2009 and are thankful to GOD for HIS wonderful blessings. Between us, we have five wonderful children. By July 19, 2012, if God wills, we will have our fourth grandchild. I had no idea that marriage could be so fantastic. Home is supposed to be a foretaste of Heaven. With Brenda, I have an even better picture of love and I am amazed as to what Heaven will be like. Pray for us as we seek to be in the center of GOD'S will. Let our happiness be found in HIM and in no other. Can you believe it fellow class members of '67? We are now 60's. Once, I believed that was very old... Oh, but not so now. My father died at 63 years of age but my mother is still alive and well. She is going to be 86 on January 3rd.
