I always wanted to be a teacher when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a great idea. As it turns out, they were right!.
work online, IPOD games, walking wth my dog, politics, singing in church choir, Sunday School and other's campaigns.
If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have a computer, IPAD, and Cell phone to be able to deal with the day-to-day.
My mother who educated & taught 9 children how to survive before she left this world three years ago.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Ms. McKinney my teacher, because she showed me my first college campus and was my student council sponsor beginning in the 9th grade - graduation from high school..
Tennis was my passion until my ...Expand for more
knees became so bad I can now only wear SAS shoes, but I still enjoy it and Shitz pets.
I do not have children just the ones I have taught for over 30 years. I have learned to be happy in life!
If I won $100 million, I'd give 1/3 of it to my church, then spend the rest on charities, me and my savings.
My most memorable time on campus of Stillman college was time I spent with the "Big Five," the name of my five girl friends.
My current age is 69. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be still living. I was so completely happy!.
My career aspiration are already met. I just want to meet someone who loves Church as I do and meet someone who is not necessarily rich but is more financially comfortable.than I am. My first crush is now gay and living in N.Y.
My best friend would tell you I'm a lover of people, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as a high spirited person who is very outspoken!.
I still dress like I did 10 or 20 years ago- as a well dressed professional woman.
I share my home with only my late pet, which I find who was my best friend!.
I had so many tennis and political trophies and plaques until I gave them to the Boys & Girls club. Some of my plaques I still have on the wall in my car garage so that the neighbors can see I still enjoy them.
As a do-over, I would listen to my tennis instructor and play some of my tennis matches and practices sessions on clay courts and not on concrete!. Also, I would never date a mate just getting out of a relationship or a marriage!
In en years, I hope to be healthy and still singing in my church choir.. My oldest friend if deceased! We met during our marriage to our mates and during our teaching career. Everyone at my high school reunion would be surprised to see that I am still the same size 8. My first job was at Lake Shore High School. I was paid $5,000 a year and what I remember most it the amount of clothes/shoes I purchased and still had more money in the bank! A childhood memory I never will forget is the weekends the KKK drove through our neighborhoods with their hoods uncovering their heads! I hope my friends will always remember me as the little person with a big hear who fought for the survival of ALL young African American males.
