View this morning from the skylight on my roof.
Salem So Sweet festival this weekend;  lots of ice sculptures, all around town. Had to take my photo with the ice sculpture of the Salem Trolley!
I have a young neighbor on my street that enjoys baking. I got him a young bakers baking book for Christmas. Today he dropped off chocolate chip muffins that he made from the book, with this lovely note. “Thank you Adele.
Very cold day this morning. Only two of us in walking group today. Walked and went to Coffee Time.
Excesses on the weekend means a big salad for lunch on Monday.
An old favorite from Cooking Light. Arugula salad with a fig balsamic dressing. Did not add the shaved Parmesan today (being good).
