Adrian's Story
Well now, right after H.S. ; I went up to Clear Lake and built grain bins all over up there until I had enough $ to go to Calif... I also became a born again christian that summer. Once out here, I surfed mexico alot, worked in the sailboat mfg. business and fought induction .. I got married in 1975 to french canadian lady, Ginette; we have 3 sons and 2 grand kids now. I manage to visit Iowa once in awhile and moved back briefly in1977-7...Expand for more
8 . I helped build the I-385 bridge over the cedar river in C.R.,in front of Quaker Oats. That was a hard winter; so we came to the sunny city. I began working house construction along the coast near by. Now 30 years later, I still don't know what I want to do when I grow up. Always think about moving back to Iowa but I kind of doubt it. Too many dreams to fulfill yet; and they all seem to be in different directions. Time is running out.
