Aggie's Story
After HS I attended Cooper Hospital School of Nursing. I worked as an RN at The Coop for a little more than two years on an Orthopedic unit. After that I worked at JFK Hospital in Stratford in the OR for two years. I am married to a great guy who came with one "ready made" child. David makes all my dreams come true. Aaron, my step son, is 37 years old and he and his wife have given us two little grandsons. Melissa was our first "home grown." She is a pediatric rehab nurse in Baltimore and is dating a very nice man with two kids. Our youngest, Shelly, just moved back home with her seven month old son after a failed relationship. ome town. Our son was killed in Iraq in 2004. Michael was an awesome man; his brother Marines hold his memory almost as close as we do. My husband is due to retire in a few years, so we divide our time between our home in PA and property that we own in NC where we will eventually stay permanently. Besides the people in our home, we have four dogs (1 Lab, two Chihuahuas and Shelly's "Jug"), and five horses. I drive two of the ponies and will begin competing them in carriage events this spring. I compete my saddle horse in Dressage, and my husband is into fox hunting. Since the birth of our first child I have not worked outside of our home. That has given me the freedom to explore many intrests.
