Al's Story
Brief summary of my life.
Family:
Married Eleanor J. (Susie) Meyers 1957. Married 48 years. Susie lost her second battle with cancer July 2005.
We have, 2 daughters, 2 sons, 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Education:
Edgewood, Kent State Ashtabula, Automation Institute Cleveland, A multitude of vendor schools at IBM, NCR, Hewlett Packard, Burroughs and DEC-VAX.
Computer Field:
Held many positions over a 35 year period in the areas of software design, systems analysis and design, database design and implementation, hardware evaluation, selection and installation. Positions advanced from and included operating, programming, systems, management and consulting. Retired in 2001.
Military:

Army Engineers, 6 years. Honorable Discharge, 1964.
Life:
A song that Elvis sang called,
Follow That Dream-where ever that dream may lead you. At this stage of life it seems very appropriate and it is quite enjoyable.
Being happy and having a GREAT DAY every day is the only thing worth pursuing !!!
I feel blessed to have so many beautiful and happy memories of the many friends, relatives, acquaintances and people I have known in my life.
I sincerely hope it has been a two way street and they have experienced the same beautiful, feelings, happiness and memories they have given me. Many Thanks and God Bless all of you !!!!!! Hope we all meet in HEAVEN !!!
