te University Orchestra, the GSU Symphonic Wind Ensemble and the GSU Trombone Ensemble. Immediately after graduation from Southside, I majored in music at Stetson University then earned a master's degree at the Indiana University School of Music. This is where I met and married Patricia Shaw. We lived and worked in Munich, West Germany for a year. After our return, I taught at Carson-Newman College and played in the Knoxville, Symphony. From there we moved to Atlanta, which eventually led to my career in information systems.
