Alan's Story
Life
Okay if you happen to remember me I was the short hispanic guy who was always trying to be cool and charmingly funny. I am currently Married to a very beautiful woman (Sally) whom I love to death...I have been married once before and Have a daughter from that marriage. I am in the US Army and have traveled the world over and moved up in rank very fast...( I may have been small but I was never dumb) LOL Well Email me for a better update I never forgot a face or smile (Ex-Girlfirends)from the back in the day and have an excellent memory. I can probably tell you something that we did if I knew you or had you in one of my classes. Take care all and any email is good email from old friends!! If I dated you and broke your heart I'm sorry but I was young and foolish!! I've grown up a lot, the army will do that, especially seeing Combat tours. I look forward to hearing from some of you and you'd be surprised at how much I've changed. Drop me a line you'll see for yourself!!
School
I was the foolish, Soccer playing crazy guy that would do anything for attention and was never satisfied with what I had. I was an avid Art student and should have done more to be a better person in the High School days. If I could go back and do it all over...Expand for more
again I would apologize to all of those that I stepped on to get more from them. I never meant to hurt anyone but hey when we're all kids we don't really know any better anyway. From the heartland to the Desert I have lasted this long. I have seen a lot and been many places. I never forget a face and friends always last forever.
Workplace
11 plus years of Army service and still going!! Woo-Hoo 9 more to go!!
Military
I've been from Iraq to Bosnia, Ireland and Germany, just to name a few. I've seen combat and peace and can't say that I want to see the first one again. I love what I do and if given the chance would do it all over again. I have jumped out of Airplanes and Rappeled out of Helicopters. I've been shot at and did some shootin for as well. Since I've been in I have traveled to and through 15 plus states and Love the U.S. Freedom isn't free, it is those that have fallen for us that let us know that we live in a unique country. Take the time to apprectiate your freedom if given the chance thank a Service Member. In 10 years of the Army I have seen more than most of you will in a lifetime. I would not trade it for the world and how many of you can say that you will be retired in less than ten years. I know I will!!
