Alan Joseph's Story
Life
My Pets
I was blessed with the best of spirits in two dogs who are now passed.
From some simple commands/understandings, I was able to achieve outstanding communications with my dogs. Each communicated on different levels, because different spirits, and was able to communicate some of what they had to say. Of course, a lot of the understanding is having eye contact and an awareness of body language. Since my dogs were each with me from puppyhood, the understanding of the unspoken could be more easily achieved.
The commands/understandings, as follows:
1. One speak means "no".
2. Two speaks means "yes".
3. The right side of dog is the "number one side".
4. The left side of dog is the "number two side".
5. The "number one paw" is at right front.
6. The "number two paw" is at left front.
7. The "number three paw" is at right rear.
8. The "number four paw" is at left rear.
9. Further understanding ...Expand for more
of counting, by use of paws, is achieved by "times around the paws".
10. Dogs have good memories, if it is relevant. Remember to mark the special moments. Make a big deal out of a special moment. Get down there and give the dog a "family hug". To test this theory, mark any traumatic event and ask if the dog remembers six months later. It will, and it will want to be comforted about it. Let the dog speak about it.
11. Let the dog "speak about it".
12. There is only "one nose".
13. There is only "one tail".
14. There are "four paws"...one, two, three, four.
15. Always scratch the spine, as this creates a desire in the dog to keener awareness of the human's desires.
16. "Be careful with the throat".
17. Others...
Thank you for your interest in my pets.
When I miss the communication I had with my dogs, I try to remember the time that we were able to have together. Oh, what a time it was!
