Alan's Story
Hey there. What can I say, after high school I went to Pierce CC for a year, then WAZZU to study Mech. Engineering and Mathematics. Out of College moved to the Bay Area for 3 years (Job), then back up to the Northwest where I live in Issaquah today. I work for a software company based in Boston and do quite a bit of job related travel which can be a little hectic sometimes, especially on the family. I got married in '02 and have 2 kids (as of '08), a 4 year old boy (Dec '03), and a 1 year old girl (Mar '07) who are such a joy...
Aside from family and job, my biggest passions are volkswagens (yes, still), hunting, and various other recreational type activites ;) I still try to get out and play b...Expand for more
asketball at least once a week (something to try to keep in shape). Summer, spend some time in the water, vacation, etc... Winter some time in the snow...
Almost 35 years old, sheesh, how time goes by (faster the older I get). The stress level definitely gets high sometimes with all of the responsiblities that come with life at this age, so I try to keep a good perspective, remain thankful for all the wonderful things in life, and well....you just gotta roll with the puches I guess.
I still see quite a few people from HS at least on occasioin. T'would be nice to see all of you at our...ugh, cough....20 year reunion if not before then.
I hope everyone is doing fantastic.....
