Albert's Story
Life
I am currently teaching in both the Des Moines Public Schools and West Des Moines Community Schools systems. I am divorced, with two grown kids, Marc and Kate, and a simply adorable granddaughter, Zara, born 9/12/99, whom I spoil rotten. On June 5, 2009, my daughter gave birth to twins, a boy and a girl, Jackson Albert and Freyja Anne. Oh, what fun!

ng Latin 101 as a graduate teaching assistant for a sememster. I attened grad school at U. of Iowa in the Classics Dept. for two years and a summer in 1973 at the Rome, Italy Campus of Trinity College of Hartford, Conn. in an archaeology program, part of which involved the excavation of a 6th century BC Etruscan tomb in Cerveteri, ancient Caere.
I have been had several articles on Greek, Etruscan and Roman history and archaeology published on the internet with more to be published soon.
