Albert's Story
Life
After graduation in 1954, I worked in Cincinnati and went to evening college at UC. I married in 1956 and moved near Chicago, worked days and went to Indiana University at night (some time at Notre Dame). Obtained a BA in business (finally) from IU in 1967. In 1968, we moved to Georgia with the company at which I was employed. We reared three sons in Georgia. Switched employers in 1976 and retired in 2001. Still do some consulting work part time. Work histor outline would be: Eagle Picher Company Cincinnati, Ohio- 1954-1957. Uniroyal, Indiana 1957-1968. Uniroyal, GA 1968-1976. Georgia Iron Works, Georgia 1976-2001. Started in "office services" then progressed through various accounting, finance and business postiions. Retired from VP Finance position. Still do some part time business consulting.
