Alex's Story
Life
After graduating I joined the Army and was stationed in California. I ended up going to Panama when we invaded, or whatever they called it. Wasn't there that long, but it was interesting anyways. I also spent 6 months in Egypt with a peace keeping force. While there I was able to visit Cairo and Tel Aviv, Israel. Right after returning, I met my wife in California. I got out of the Army in 1992 and returned to Bryan.
I got married in 1994. We have 2 wonderful sons, one born in 1996 and the other in 2000. We are still living in Bryan. I'm currently working for the Texas A&M Police Department. I've been there since I left the Army.
I attended Blinn College and recieved 2 degrees. One in English and the other in Computer Network Administration. I'm currently attending American InterContinental University Online in pursuit of ...Expand for more
a bachelor's degree in Information Technology. I hope to be done by the fall of 2006. We may move depending on the job market.
The most recent big news would be when I rejoined the Army as part of the reserves in 2001. I signed on about 2 months before the attacks of 9/11. As a result, I was deployed to Afghanistan for 10 months. I was part of the Public Affairs team there. We were in charge of making sure members of the press got their stories. I got to meet some big name reporters. Had a couple of close calls, but I'm back in one piece. I'm not a full member of the site yet, so I may not be able to respond to messages posted on this site.
If all that fails look up the Texas A&M Police Department and leave me a message. Maybe I will get off my butt and join the site one of these days. But I have to get over my laziness first.
