Alfred's Story
Life
To share the fantastic journey of life with friends, to strengthen each other, and bring them to joy. Sharing the key found in the journey, from ski bumming in the Sierras, after college, to the emptying nest after tons of kids, and the tons of growing grandkids. The key to knowing there is a purpose and an eternity...without which knowledge there can be no full joy. And how to know this for a certainty? By the witnesses received in fasting, skipping breakfast and lunch, and always breaking it at dinner, on days off like Sundays, and...Expand for more
drinking water during the fast, if desired. Herein is found the witnesses, that takes one from faith, to knowledge and joy...and an answer to every prayer. One no longer believes God lives, but knows He does.
Joy is sharing this with friends, fellow sojourners...the key, that opens not only the fantastic creation around us, but also the strength against the Orcs ( Lord of the Rings), with whom we all battle...and begins to open the fantastic days ahead before us,... and eternity.
