Alice's Story
Life
I'm a Hoosier (actually Boilermaker) since '81, I am proud mother of two daughters, elder (32) Laurel works at Joyent in SF, married five years, younger (31) Sally spent two years with the Peace Corps in Mali, just received her PhD from the Friedman School of Nutrition in Boston. I currently earn my living as a Realtor. I was divorced in 1995, live with one cat (gosh, am I sounding like one of those 'old' women?)
I did celebrate my 60th with my first (and last!) sky dive, as well as first white water raft adventure (yup, the raft went over!)in Maine. Both daughters came to help me celebrate.
And, I started taking flying lessons to become a private pilot. I soloed in April of 2008, and have now earned my Private Pilot License. Will start working on my instrument rating soon.

final. They were living in California at the time. My father died in January of 2008 at the age of 90. He spent his last 10 years in Indiana at his own condo near me, but with 24/7 care.
Three years ago, through this website, Bob Harrington and I reconnected. He also has been divorced as long as I have, has two adult daughters who live in San Jose. Throughout the years, we seem to have lived parallel lives, and today have an amazing number of interests in common. He moved to Indiana in June 2008! Live is amazing.
Love to hear from anyone!
